Chess in European Parliament
Fifteen children visited the European Parliament, where they were included in the presentation of joint project of the European Chess Union and the Kasparov Chess Faundation - Chess in School

"Sports Without Borders” Foundation organized a Chess tournament for children. 15 Clubs from the Chess Federation and kids from 4 Foster homes participated. "Sports Without Borders” Foundation select the 15 best chess players and for reward the children went to the European parliament in Brussels. There they attended a lecture for the activity of the institution and participated in the joint project of the European chess Union and the "Kasparov Chess Foundation" - "Chess in School". The presentation was introduced personally from Mr. Garry Kasparov. Immediately afterwards the children were able to join the blitz tournament with him. All expenses were covered by the Foundation and the member of the EU Parliament Mr. Slavi Binev.
